The Centre for Intellectual Property Nepal, CIPN®, was established following an initiative of the individual desert to create and understanding the role of intellectual property to the present human community. CIPN was founded in response to an increasing need felt by authors, artisans, scientists, technologists, companies, business personalities and lawyers as well as other civil society to gain a profound knowledge and create an appropriate endeavor in the field of intellectual property. It has established with the aim of fulfilling the gap of necessity of such an institution which is competent to function in multiple dimensions of intellectual property rights supporting to the individual, institution, and other firms and companies in there needs within the territory and also the extra territory.
